This policy explains how Emergency Plumber Bradford ("we", "us") handles the personal information you give us on this website or our phone line. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• When you call: your phone number, what you tell us about your plumbing problem, your address or town, and a recording and transcript of the call.
• When you fill out a form: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), town, and what you tell us about the problem.
• When you visit the site: basic technical data, such as your browser type and the pages you view, collected by our hosting and call-tracking providers.

Automated Answering and Call Recording

Calls to our line may be answered by an automated voice assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can dispatch your request, pass the right details to the plumber and check the quality of our service. If you'd rather not be recorded, please use the email address below instead.

How We Use It

We use your information to answer your request and send a licensed plumber to you. We also use it to follow up about the job and keep records. We don't sell your personal information. We won't send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who We Share It With

• Plumbers. We share your name, phone number, address and a description of the problem with the independent licensed plumber we send to you. See our Referral Marketing Disclosure.
• Service providers. We use outside companies to answer and record calls, track calls from the website, handle web forms and host this site. Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States. Data stored there follows the laws of that country.
• When the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep call records and form details only as long as we need them for your request and for legal or tax rules. Then we delete them.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to further use. Email help@emergencyplumberbradford.ca with "Privacy" in the subject line. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
